White Sage Bundles (4")

Instructions: Open a window or door. Light sage and blow out flame once it has begun to smoke. Move the sage in a circular motion in the space that you wish to cleanse the energy. Clearly state your intention as you smudge.  Sage may also be used to cleanse one's aura by dragging the smoke around the outline of one's body or over chakra points. When done smudging allow sage to rest on a compatible surface as it smokes- like an incense.
