Yoni Steaming Herbs (5 steams/pouch)

Jasmine, Oats, Nettle Leaf, Lemon Balm, Raspberry Leaf, Chamomile, Calendula, Red Clover, Burdock, Tulsi, Comfrey, Rose, Motherwort, Hibiscus
Instructions: Place 2 cups of purified water over the stove and add 1/4 cup of Yoni Steam Herbal Blend. Turn heat on low. Allow water to simmer on low heat until steam starts to rise. Let herbs brew from 15 minutes. Take the water off of the stove and place into Yoni Steam Pot or sitz bath for toilet. Test steam with hand to determine if safe to sit. You want the steam to be hot but not too hot that it'll burn you. If the temperature is good, sit directly over the water for 25-30 minutes allowing the steam to enter and cleanse the vagina. Repeat once a week or three times a month.
